Cancellation Policy
7+ days before event: Full refund
Less than 7 days: No refund
No-shows or early departures: Non-refundable
Terms & Conditions
Payment: Full upfront payment required. Booking confirmed only after payment clears.
Liability: Guests are responsible for personal belongings. The property owner is not liable for loss, damage, or injury during the event.
Property Care: Report damages immediately. Unreported damages may be deducted from security deposit. Management reserves the right to terminate the rental without refund if terms are violated.

Agreement: By booking and making payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
