Every membership includes your own desk and ergonomic chair, high-speed internet, endless coffee, and access to a vibrant, multidisciplinary community. If you’re looking for a workspace that inspires as much as it supports, Sthala is where you belong.

Terms & Conditions for Renting the Property
1. Booking and Payment
1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the owner/management.
1.2. Full payment must be made upfront at the time of booking.
1.3. No booking will be confirmed until the payment is received in full and cleared.
1.4. Payments can be made on ___________. A screenshot of the payment should be sent to the same number.
1.5. The payment receipt and booking confirmation will be sent via email or message once the transaction is complete.
2. Security Deposit
2.1. A refundable security deposit of INR 5,000 will be required at check-in.
2.2. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the event on the same day itself, subject to inspection and confirmation that no damages, losses, or violations have occurred.
4. House Rules (Do’s and Don’ts) Do’s
Treat the property with care and respect at all times.
Keep the property clean and tidy during your stay.
Follow all waste disposal and recycling instructions.
Report any damages, maintenance issues, or breakages immediately.
Respect neighbors and maintain reasonable noise levels.
Don’ts
No smoking inside the property.
No pets allowed (unless specifically agreed upon in writing).
No parties, loud music, or gatherings beyond the approved number of guests.
Do not move or rearrange furniture or appliances.
Do not sublet, assign, or transfer the rental to another person without consent.
Do not engage in any illegal activities on the premises.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1. Cancellations made 1 week before check-in will receive a full refund.
5.2. Cancellations made less than 1 week before check-in will not be refunded.
5.3. No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
6. Liability
6.1. The property owner/management shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during the stay.
6.2. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
6.3. The property owner reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund if the guest violates these terms.
7. Property Maintenance
7.1. The owner will ensure the property is clean and in good condition before check-in.
7.2. In case of maintenance emergencies, please contact 9108459588 immediately.
7.3. Unreported damages may result in charges deducted from the security deposit.
8. Agreement
By making a booking and/or submitting payment, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
